Closing Day

As closing approaches, your agent will confirm items are in order for a smooth settlement. We coordinate final tasks so the transfer happens seamlessly.

Final Walk-Through Inspection

A final walk-through—typically the day before or day of closing—lets the buyer verify the property is in the agreed condition and that no unexpected items remain.

Cancel Home Services and Utilities

After closing, we’ll provide a checklist to help you cancel utilities and home services.

Be Prepared

Unexpected issues sometimes appear late in escrow. If a loan delay or an appliance failure occurs, we’ll manage the resolution swiftly to keep the process on track.

Closing

At settlement, you, the buyer, and the closing agent sign final documents and funds are distributed. If you cannot attend, arrangements can be made in advance. Proceeds can be wired to your bank or issued by check. Provide keys and any relevant property information to the buyer at closing—once signed, the property is sold.
